Welcome to Los Altos Parent Preschool, a parent participation school! By enrolling your child at LAPP, you also become a student. Members of LAPP, are expected to fulfill certain responsibilities to operate the school.
As LAPP members, we commit ourselves to the following overall basic membership requirements:
Up to 10 families per year may choose to enroll in the Flex Plan. They will pay 25% more tuition than the standard in return for being excused from EITHER one work day per month OR a committee/Board position. Families with two enrolled children may use the Flex Plan to be excused from the second committee position requirement. Flex option will be limited to 10 families per school year. Priority will be given to alumni and returning families, and consideration will be made to spreading the families between the three classes as evenly as possible to lower the potential impact on classroom function.
Los Altos Parent Preschool admits students of any race, color, gender, religion, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and other school-administered programs.
